✈️ **THIS WEEKEND’S BEST FIND!** ✈️

Sometimes the best auction finds are the ones you *don’t* know you’re bidding on… 👀

This weekend I bought a box at auction without even seeing what was inside. The only photo showed a gorgeous vintage wooden Napoleon clock, but the description also mentioned a **brass plane**.

Well… I’m a sucker for anything brass, so naturally I had to take a chance. 😏

I won the box, went to collect it… and honestly, **I was NOT expecting this!**

✨ A HUGE, SOLID BRASS RAF BIPLANE. ✨

What an absolute beauty! 😍✈️

I’m not sure I can bring myself to part with this one just yet, so it definitely won’t be heading into the booth…

But I *might* have some rather exciting plans for it. 🤫

8 days in… and I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better start. 🥰

My antique & vintage booth has been open for just over a week, and I’ve already made more sales than I expected to make in my first month! 🤯

But do you know what’s made me even happier?

The people. ❤️

In just 8 days, I’ve met fellow traders who have welcomed me, encouraged me, shared their stories, recommended other antique markets to try, and even chatted openly about where they source their treasures — no gatekeeping, just genuine support.

And I think that says a lot about the vibe here.

I really do feel like I’ve been welcomed in, and I’m so excited to see where this little antique adventure takes me next. ☺️

Including an Art Deco fruit bowl, original cottage painting, Spode collectors plate, needlework sampler, vintage dress, a full French strawberry 🍓 canister set and drop leaf Ercol table 🤎 another morning tomorrow in another new area. Best time ever!!
