The colour you show us in a photograph and the colour we can safely create in one appointment aren’t always the same thing.

Your starting colour, previous colour history, the condition of your hair and how your hair lifts all play a part in what can realistically be achieved.

That’s why consultations and strand tests are such an important part of the process. They help us understand your hair before we begin and make sure we’re planning the right route towards the result you want.

And if you’re a new colour client, we won’t colour your hair until you’ve had a patch test. It may feel like an extra step, but it really is that important.

A consultation is easy to book and gives us the chance to talk through your ideas, assess your hair properly and make sure your colour journey starts in the right direction.
