Just for fun this time. A 1/1 scale drawing of the Tyers 3 position 1 wire absolute block instrument.
Originally this wa started to mock up/create drawings for the upper wood cabinet too, but then the front was used to create new artwork. Now assisting another gent who also has one missing parts, I’ve returned back to copying mine to make a full instrument..

New computer at Christmas (which promptly had to be returned due to a windows issue, so currently migrating to the new from old. Before we broke for Christmas we decided to return to an old friend one of the first models I drew and start the interior.

The Tyers absolute block is now mounted on a new back board (a repurposed mahogany table) and just needs and outside trim to be added.
Really shows the great printing that Endon Valley Custom Decals did for us on that front plate.

Taken a break from the resin models for a while and been doing full size. We’re on the final stages of the Tyres 3 position single wire absolute block instrument as used by the North Staffs Railway. We’ve recently received the new artwork for the front panel
So that’s been cleaned back ready for the new waterslide transfers. Meanwhile the wood work continues to have new Shellac added and then it will be polished up.

A return to the Leek and Manifold and a Fusion render on the Hulme End Station, water tower and engine shed.
We are looking at how we can have these printed in 4mm scale.
