Just returned from the funeral of a friend, it certainly brings home how fragile everything is and how quickly change can be hoisted upon us.
Jackie and Phil helped us a lot when we first started trading, Just talking and suggesting at first then helping with products and latterly supplying some great items at reasonable prices - a line used within the eulogy which was very well read by one of her two sons.
You will be missed. Rest in peace Jackie.

My Thanks to all the team at the Valhalla Viking Festival for making my weekend a great one, Thanks Especially go to Steve and Andreea, for p0utting on a great event thats getting better and better, and for a great position that allows for my personal situation, That is very much appreciated. We all had a great weekend including Mable especially running around and playing with Loki and some of the other dogs.

Many thanks to All the Team at Park in the past https://www.facebook.com/parkinthepast for a great weekend at Auxilia, Special mention to Tony and Beth who made us feel part of the event from the get go, great to meet you both, but everyone was so Friendly and welcoming. Great for walking, and stepping back in time at the fort, Visit and support this asset, i think we will be back in the near future.

We will be again Attempting to Survive the NO MANS LAND Event on 12/13th April 2025 , https://www.facebook.com/p/No-Mans-Land-100067793914704/?locale=en_GB Where one of our customers has made a Sleeping bag from our Reindeer Pelts, I have no doubt that this will be on show as its a fantastic piece of whip stitching and is using it fur inside, to keep nice and warm , His Next project a set of mittens.
We are again able to offer Pelts at £100, from our specials range.

Back from a fantastic weekend at Sherwood Pines with my Friends from Regia Anglorum, https://regia.org/ been a while since I've attended a National event as an actual re-enactor, I was surprised how easy I slipped into my character (an oppressed Saxon this time in the Harrying of the North Scenario) even having my LAST penny taken from me by a Brutish Norman overlord with a tongue twister of a name....

Great evening conversations around the fire, which was a need as temperatures dropped to just above freezing, Thanks to those that joined us, especially Rob, Chris and
Kaz, a couple of fun evenings, great to meet some new members, and potential customers, some names to faces of existing customers too and an opportunity to carve a few spoons too.
