If you have a genuine interest in what goes on at Sanctuary we would like to invite you down to take a look, you can choose a free-to-play board game from the library, and we can organize demonstration games if you are looking into what game/games that interest you. We have a great community of hobbyists who have no problem welcoming new faces, there literally is something for everyone and we can

cater to large groups and families, we cater to small children, teens, and bigger kids i.e. If you are not interested in gaming at all that is no problem, you can arrange to meet up with your friends and have a drink and maybe treat yourself to a snack, we serve the following; 200 Degrees Coffee that is locally roasted in Nottingham, a great selection of cakes, soft drinks, and tea and hot chocolate in town. Table bookings are always advised as we do get busy and your first visit is always free, we do charge a gaming fee thereafter and we also provide a membership scheme to save you money each month and give you a membership discount in the store on food and drink as well as games, hobby supplies and event tickets. The venue is warm and clean with plenty of space and we have a room that is available for groups that require more privacy, if you need any more information please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Hello all of you magnificent people!

We've got a lot of very sad grey/plain looking terrain! And that just will not do! So, we'd like to recruit YOU! We'll be hosting painting days at the sanctuary!~ with a nice meal and drink for anyone who wants to participate!

This will be every Sunday, starting at 11am and finishing at 4pm!

Anyone who comes along and paints/fixes/builds the sanctuary terrain will receive a food and drink token each, to use on something yummy!

You can absolutely come along and paint your own stuff however! If you'd just like to come on down and join the vibe to get your own armies done, we'd absolutely welcome you! :D

We've got a LOT of paints! So don't worry about that!

We really enjoy hosting such a fun event! We always have such a wonderful mix of stalls! Both mini businesses and individuals who have a lot of geeky stuff to sell off!
