Since then, I have worked in a craft shop and now teach a lovely group of ladies to make cards every week. Hi, my name is Emma and I live in South Derbyshire, England with my husband and Working Cocker Spaniel. I began making cards around 2004, when my sister asked if I would like to join her at an evening workshop at a local craft shop. I was hooked from that evening and began making cards for my
family. This then led to scrapbooking, ATCS, (Artist Trading Cards) jewellery making, fabric crafts, painting furniture... I also used to do a lot of cross-stitching, but have recently taught myself to crochet. Oh, and I had a go at needle-felting once (OUCH!)
I was lucky enough to work in a local craft shop for a year in 2015-16. During this time, I learnt a lot about various crafts and loved hosting workshops for anything between 1 and 15 people at a a time. Sadly the shop closed, but I keep in touch with my crafty friends and meet up regularly to craft and chat. This page was started when I set up a card-making business, which I loved, but became so successful that I couldn't keep up with the orders! I no longer take orders, but use this page as a showcase for my personal crafting.
