Most mornings I arrive at the pottery early and go for a brisk 3 mile walk along the local trails before opening up at 9am
A bit of exercise, some excellent thinking time and at this time of year an abundance of wild flowers
This morning was warm and damp so I will have frizzy hair for the rest of the day 🙄
