As a small reminder, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests are made with at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.

β€’ A Β£20 deposit is required for all colour appointments to secure your booking.
β€’ No-shows and appointments cancelled without sufficient notice may result in a small fee being applied.

Please understand that appointments are reserved especially for you, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments often mean we are unable to fill that time. As a small business, this is our livelihood and how we support ourselves, our families, and our salon.

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to be understanding when they do. We simply ask for the same consideration in return.
