30TH / 40TH CELEBRATION — HERE’S THE PLAN
Tuesday 15th September we’re bringing everything together for one massive night at the Den — Pokémon’s 30th Celebration, Trade Night and my 40th birthday all rolled into one.
The queue officially opens at 4PM. Please do not arrive to queue before then — anyone queuing early will be turned away.
From 6PM we’ll begin taking orders for the 30th Celebration release, followed by Trade Night from 6:30PM until 11:59PM.
Then at midnight we hit the 16th — collections begin and the ripping starts.
This is an event, not an early collection service. All 30th Celebration orders placed on the night must be paid for in full at 6PM and collected at midnight.
If you cannot attend at midnight, please do not place an order. Anything not collected will be returned to the available allocation and refunded. No stock will be held back.
Allocation will be announced on the day. Limits will be determined by queue size, allowing us to give as many people as possible the chance to take part in the release.
We’ll be slow rolling more information between now and Tuesday, so keep an eye on our socials.
Due to the volume of messages we’re already receiving, no DMs regarding the event will be answered on any platform. All information and updates will be posted publicly.
If this is your first time visiting the Den, please be aware that we do not have customer restroom facilities on site.
This is a family event with a strict zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and substance use, including in the queue. Please respect our staff, customers and the surrounding community.
