Our values and visions are entrenched in the rural sector of the New Forest – we are a small unique business providing a service that unquestionably highlights the wealth of local produce available and

makes it easy for anyone to buy and . We offer over 165 product lines from our truly wonderful local producers – choose from award-winning jams, marmalades, honey, chutneys and dressings, savoury olives and nuts, fantastic cheeses, delicious fudge, mouth-watering chocolates, homemade biscuits and cakes, gins, sparkling fizz, tasty craft ales and wonderful quaffable wines to luxury pampering home goodies, local wood crafts and local artist greeting cards.
Customers can literally ‘build’ their own hamper to include all their favourites for their recipients (or themselves!!) Beautiful, individual luxury gifts embracing the area’s spirit from the eco-credentials of the packaging; the rustic rural colours used in dressings through to crafted local wood tags engraved with personalised messages, tied on with New Forest Tartan ribbon. We consider every detail enabling our hampers to tell our special local story.

What a wonderful evening… 🥂

Last night I had the pleasure of joining around 180 local businesses to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the New Forest Business Partnership at The Nici Lymington.

If I’m honest, I’d been feeling quite nervous about going on my own. I needn’t have worried. Within moments I was surrounded by friendly faces, familiar conversations and plenty of laughter.

For me, that’s exactly what the New Forest Business Partnership has always been about.

Not just networking.
Not just business.
But genuine relationships.

It was so lovely catching up with so many people I don’t get to see nearly enough, including Jonny & Laura from Hockey's Farm Shop, Becky & Matt (who’d travelled from Wales), the lovely Amy from The Nici, clients, friends and people I’ve known through various business groups over many years.

Seeing so many old friends alongside new members really showed just how strong and supportive our local business community is.

A huge congratulations to Alice, Matthew and everyone behind the scenes for organising such a fantastic evening. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and full of positivity from start to finish.

Here’s to another 25 years of championing businesses across the New Forest🥂

There are suppliers... Then there are people who become part of your business journey. For us, Trevor and the team at Beaulieu Chocolate Studio are very much the latter.

So it seems fitting on World Chocolate Day to give them a little shout out!

This year they're celebrating 20 years of creating beautiful handmade chocolate here in the New Forest, while we'll be celebrating our own 10th year in business later this year.

Beaulieu Chocolate Studio have worked with us since day one - over those last ten years their chocolate has gone in to thousands of hampers, countless customer gifts and some wonderful bespoke projects.

When we've needed personalised chocolates or something a little different or a large order comes in last minute, Trevor has always been willing to help and simply says "Let's see what we can do."

Those six words probably sum up why we love working with him and other local independent producers so much. They care. They take pride in what they make. They genuinely want to help us create something special for our customers. Moreover, they relate to the peaks and troughs of running a small business and we all understand how important it is to support each other.

Huge congratulations to Trevor and everyone at Beaulieu Chocolate Studio on twenty fantastic years of craftsmanship, creativity and delicious chocolate.

We're incredibly proud to have your chocolates on our shelves and in our hampers and we're looking forward to many more years of working together!

(We still think the Milk Chocolate Honeycomb bar might be one of the greatest temptations ever created... 🍫😉)

Yes… We’re The New Forest Hamper Company.

BUT we’re also home to hundreds of wonderful products from independent producers across the New Forest, Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight.

🎪 Happy Sway Carnival Week! 🎉

One of our favourite weeks of the year has arrived!

From today, our wonderful village comes alive with Carnival celebrations and it’s always such a special time to see the community come together. Whether you’re a lifelong Sway resident or visiting the New Forest this summer, we hope you’ll enjoy everything the week has to offer.

We’re proud to be playing a small part by:
💚 Donating a luxury hamper worth over £200 as a Carnival prize.
🎟️ Selling tickets in the shop for selected Carnival events, including the Race Night and the ever-popular Cream Tea.

If you’re passing through the village over the next week, do pop in and say hello. Whether you’re looking for a picnic to enjoy during the festivities, a few locally made treats, or simply somewhere cool to escape the sunshine for a few minutes, we’d love to see you.

July is made for picnics, grazing boards and long summer evenings… ☀️🧺🍷

Whether you’re heading into the outdoors with a picnic blanket, entertaining friends in the garden, packing up for a day at the beach or looking for the perfect foodie gift, we’ve got plenty of inspiration.

This month we’ll be celebrating everything we love about summer sharing – from grazing boards and picky bits to English wines, local beers, delicious sweet treats and beautiful produce from independent makers across the New Forest, Hampshire and Dorset.

And here’s something that not everyone knows…

You don’t have to buy a hamper.

Our shop is packed full of individual products, so you can pop in and choose exactly what you fancy for a picnic, grazing board or weekend away.

Or, if you’re further afield, you can shop online in exactly the same way. Build your own selection from hundreds of locally made products and we’ll carefully pack and deliver it anywhere in the UK.

Whether it’s a ready-made hamper or just a few delicious bits to share, we’d love to help you make the most of summer.

As English Wine Week draws to a close, we thought it would be the perfect excuse to open a couple of bottles...😎☀️

This Saturday afternoon we'll be tasting two delicious white wines from Danebury Vineyard here in the shop.

If you've never tried English still wine before, this is a great opportunity to discover just how good it can be. We'll also have a couple of foodie pairings to enjoy alongside them and if you find a favourite, we'll have chilled bottles ready to take home too.

Celebrate with us! 🥂🎉🍷

Our Sway shop is two years old and we’re marking the moment as part of our “10th year in business” celebrations.

Join us this Saturday 30th May, 2-5pm, for a special Birthday Tasting Event featuring award-winning local B58 wines from Beaulieu, part of the New Forest Fruit Co Ltd.

Each wine will be paired with suggested favourites from the shop and we’ll be offering promotions on selected pairings too.

It’s a lovely chance to discover some brilliant local wines, enjoy a few delicious pairings, and celebrate with us!

A bit of a pinch-me moment…

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of being part of the Taste of Hampshire reception at the House of Commons, organised by Hampshire Fare at the invitation of Luke Murphy MP.

We felt incredibly proud to be there, representing our wonderful region and the local producers we work with every day, sharing all our stories.

The tasters from Tracy at New Forest Shortbread went down an absolute treat and it was lovely to see so many people taking away a teabag from New Forest Tea Company to enjoy later.

We had some brilliant conversations, met a variety of people and it was also a great opportunity to catch up with a few of our fantastic suppliers, including Summerdown and The New Forest Fruit Co Ltd

We absolutely loved every minute of it.. It was a real privilege to be invited to participate in this event in such iconic surroundings and a reminder of why we care so much about championing local producers 💚
