Two audiences, one experience, delivered with balance and control.

Working alongside Eventage, we managed technical production across two hybrid conference spaces for a large-scale medical conference, ensuring both in-room delegates and remote audiences could engage clearly throughout the event.

We provided audio, video, lighting, set and stage, live streaming and speaker preview content support - which we delivered through one structured production process.

With multiple spaces and live outputs operating simultaneously, maintaining clarity across delivery was essential. Through a coordinated approach, each part of the event remained aligned from setup through to live operation.

It's always a pleasure to be invited by emc3 to support technical delivery at the British Society of Rheumatology Annual Conference 2026.

Attended by more than 2,000 delegates, this hybrid conference included 8 hybrid conference spaces, more than 70 live streamed sessions, 200+ speakers and additional expo stages operating simultaneously across the venue.

Delivering a conference of this scale relies on a clear and coordinated production process long before the first session begins.

Our team delivered audio, video, lighting, set and stage, live streaming and site-wide content distribution, supported by more than 35 technicians working across the event.

With multiple spaces, speakers and live outputs running at the same time, maintaining clarity and consistency across delivery was essential. Through a structured approach and close coordination with emc3, every element remained aligned throughout the conference.

The result was an experience that allowed speakers, delegates and organisers to stay focused on the content, while the production operated calmly and reliably in the background.

Before the doors opened, the space was brought to life from the ground up. Staging, integrated LED, audio, video and lighting systems were installed, tested and refined - delivered through one coordinated production process.

Marking a significant milestone, we proud to have partnered with Carlsberg Britvic’s first employee conference.

The event brought together teams from across the business to reflect on their first year and set the direction for what comes next.
