Back out again this weekend at Linear syndicate 8 bites and 8 fish netted.
Best was 35lb 15oz backed up with another 30lb fish.

3 x mid 20’s 1 x upper 20 1 x stockie 11lb and a very small tench around 1lb.
All fish caught using Hinders plum and sweet almond wafters in a pva bag with hinders x-small Elips pellets.

For spod mix Hinders carp krunch with sweet corn also Hinders Standard Tiger Nuts with added Hinders Tiger slime in spod mix and pva bags.

Another great trip to Tockenham today, managed 30 bream, 3 tench and 3 carp., very busy and lots of bait used.

I caught this one using a Blitz boilie with Pellet combo. 24lb 4oz. What a beauty!

Barbel dumbbells accounted for a second 11lb barbel in 5 days on the Yorkshire derwent.

Same method, running rig to a 12lb hook link, size 12 Drennan specialist hook with a double dumbell. Feeder full of Elips crushed pellet. Two 11lb barbel from a Yorkshire river in 5 days. Results speak for themselves. This one went 11.5oz

24 hours on the syndicate resulting in 7 bites, 6 fish landed.
Usual pva bags of crushed boilie over pellet and Blitz chopped boilies.
This weeks hookbaits winner was the bright pink Betalin wafters accounting for 4 of the 6 fish.

1st time Blitz user. Read your advice on blending mussels in with the Blitz food and Blitz oil, poured that over the boilies and covered all that in Blitz Multi Mix. Took the Blitz wafters, added a drop of the oil and then lightly coated them in GLM as well as Liver powder.

Did a day session yesterday and had non stop action on a busy day ticket. It felt like the fish were actively seeking out the Blitz as there were loads of other anglers around me but nobody was really catching.

A SINCERE 'THANK YOU' to everyone at Hinders and I will be stocking up next week for a full throttle autumn campaign!

This weekend I was back at my new syndicate a 30 acre lake with 200 fish original stock and plenty of crayfish as this used to be a Crayfish farm and very w**dy.
This was my third visit with my previous two resulting in blanks.

After walking around I did not see any shows I decided on a peg. I got the marker rod out and found a area of silt which was so smooth.

Set up was a lead clip with a 12 inch soft fluorocarbon hook link spinner rig with plastic pop up corn yellow & pink soaked in Hinders Betalin Plum and plastic boilie soaked in Betalin sweet Almond.

Spod mix was made up of Hinders Carp Krunch with added Buckwheat and canned sweet corn with a few Blitz 12mm boiles.

This combination resulted in one bite and one fish landed 24lb 3oz which was caught on a washed out pink plastic boilie soaked in the almond betalin.

With the temperature back to normality it was good to get back out on the bank last week.

On my first visit back i took 2 barbel and a handful of chub including this season best of 13lb 13oz stalked in a couple of feet of water. Simple Elips pellets working as always during the summer months. Can't beat summer daytime fishing watching how the fish react and the best way to catch them.

None of this nonsense after dark fishing for me until its necessary when the w**d dies back later in the year.

I'm in a very fortunate position where I have lived on a canal boat for the last 4 years. I've had a few out but moved into the marina on nye . I won't lie i thought I was gonna smash it to bits but I got humbled very quickly.

First session had a few bream 5/6lb and a tench not to shabby spots and rigs are all good . Then the bream would not leave me alone for 2/3 months I was still picking them up on 24mm boilies. Then I made the switch to Hinders tigers "Game changer" started getting into the carp ! And once I soaked my hook baits in the Plum last Sunday I had 5 in 6 hours get on the plum tigers!
