On the way up to Newcastle at the weekend I took a detour to visit World of Wool to pick up supplies. What a fabulous and inspiring place it is. Sarah helped me out with everything I needed and gave me a cuppa to keep me going on the journey. 😀

What a great weekend! Big thanks to the North East Wool Show team and my helpers Lynne and Chris who helped out both days including packing up today, fed me and provided good food and company.

All set up and ready at the North East Wool Show. You can find me on the ground floor in the grandstand. I have fibre (including bargain braids and grab bags), needlefelting and weaving kits, handmade gifts and lots more. I’ve brought a loom along so that you can try your hand at freestyle weaving. I also have some free sheep wrap ornament kits to give away to children visiting the show (1 per child while stocks last). Come along to say hi and chat about fibre and weaving! 😀

Took advantage of a few hours in the beautiful weather this afternoon to do my drum carding outside. I’ll be bringing these beautiful art batts, fibre bags, bargain braids, weaving and landscape needle-felting kits and much more to the North East Wool Show this weekend. Hope to see you there. 😀

Just a reminder that the studio will be closed Thursday 6th -Sunday 9th August as I’m exhibiting at the North East Wool Show in Newcastle (an extra day as I’m visiting a family member in hospital on Thursday).
