They’re running in memory of someone close to them and raising funds for Salivary Gland Cancer UK. Their fundraising will support research into improved treatments, access to specialist expertise, and support for people and families affected by Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma.

Supporting historic destinations with modern infrastructure.

We’re looking back at a project completed in the historic surroundings of Kinloch Rannoch.

Situated in the heart of the Central Highlands, an area steeped in Scottish clan and Jacobite history, the Highland Club required a major upgrade to its existing water storage system.

Purewater Storage Ltd replaced the leaking lower transfer tank with a new 90,000-litre GRP Sectional water storage tank, tripling its capacity and making future inspection and sanitation much easier.

Working alongside Pump Action Ltd and DMA Canyon Ltd the new system was installed and integrated with minimal disruption while the Highland Club and neighbouring hotel remained operational.

A brilliant evening at Specifi Edinburgh!

Gavin and Bryan had a fantastic time meeting new people, catching up with familiar faces and discussing upcoming projects across Scotland.

Another great Specifi event, with a strong turnout and plenty of valuable conversations throughout the evening. We’re looking forward to seeing where those conversations lead!

This September, our colleague Jonathan Ellison will once again be taking on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge: an incredible 100km in support of Mind.

Mental health is a cause very close to Jon’s heart. Having experienced his own struggles and seen others around him face similar battles, he understands how important it is that people have somewhere to turn when they need support.

Despite telling himself he would never take on this challenge again, Jon has decided that this cause is bigger than comfort, even if it does mean aching legs and a few questionable life choices along the way!

Every step will be for those who are struggling, those who feel unheard and those who need access to mental health support.

Any donation, no matter the amount, will help Mind continue its vital work. We’re incredibly proud to support Jon and will be cheering him on throughout the challenge.
