An existing opportunity awaits the right person to join our brand new team here st The Wigginton in Tamworth.

We are a Marston's Urban site with a Sunday carvery. Separate dining and bar areas, with two outdoor garden seating areas.

Food is served 12pm till 8.30pm mon through to Saturday. Carvery 12pm until sold or 6pm.

The kitchen is self contained with large walk in fridge/freezer.

Knowledge of carvery sites is a preferred requirement, however training can be provided if needed.

Our menu is straight forward. Steaks, burgers, traditional British, curries, pies etc..

Role requires knowledge of stock ordering, controls,rotation, EHO management, daily, weekly,monthly cleaning schedules, food hygiene standards,coshh and

Brand new , home grown management with full local knowledge await the right candidate to come and join our enthusiastic new team.
