Plug Plant Success Made Easy!
Just received your plug plants? Follow these quick tips:
Water on arrival, let them acclimatise before planting out
Use good compost & plant at the right depth
Mix in some slow-release feed to keep them nourished for weeks to come.
Keep soil just moist (not soggy!)
Protect from frost until they’re established
Your plants will thank you with strong growth and beautiful blooms!

Would you like to join our team at Brookside Plant Nursery?
We’re based in a beautiful countryside location in the village of Hints (near Tamworth & Lichfield) and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our Customer Service team for our busy Spring season.

✨ Role: Customer Service Advisor / Complaints Handler (Call Handler)
📍 Location: Hints, Tamworth
🕒 Hours: 16–20 per week (increasing during peak weeks)
📆 Contract: 5–6 months (Seasonal / Fixed Term)
💷 Pay: £13.02 per hour (reviewed in March & will increase)

You’ll be helping customers via phone, email and live chat, handling a high volume of enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally during our busiest dispatch period.
