Heart feeling full to the brim after hosting my Womens Wellness Retreat 😭❤️🙏🏼 The most incredible 4 days of pure magic!!

Beyond grateful to have shared this retreat with the most wonderful souls. Each bringing their own unique, beautiful energy and insight. The space was filled with an abundance of love, compassion and support for one another! ❤️

The weekend was full of nourishing practices, incredible conversation and meaningful connection. A beautiful blend of relaxation, reflection and so much JOY 🙌🏼❤️

A huge thank you to my incredible teacher Denise for nurturing the ladies with bespoke Ayurvedic massage 🥰 And to our lovely retreat chef Melanie May for keeping us well nourished with the most delicious meal’s throughout! ❤️🙏🏼

Happy 70th Birthday to my lovely Moma!! 🎉🥳🎂

Many of you may have met my Mom (Jane) in The Crystal Cabin over the years, or in the early days of the market stalls (that she used to wake up at silly o’clock in the morning to do with me every weekend!! 😭) She has given an ENDLESS amount of her time to support me with my business over the years!! From staying up with me till the early hours to package my jewellery before events, to listening to me talk non-stop about my business and the ideas that I would come up with 😅, to offering her time to cover The Crystal Cabin whenever it is needed 😭 I am SO GRATEFUL for her ❤️ and my business wouldn’t be what it is today without her time, energy, love and support 🙏🏼

It was actually on my Moms birthday 8 years ago that we visited Mile Oak Garden Centre (Grangewood Garden Centre back then) for the first time to have birthday coffee and cake together. This visit changed eeeeverything for me and my business as this is where we first set eyes on the empty shell of The Crystal Cabin that was up for rent. 😭

If you come visit the Crystal Cabin over the next week you may very well see my Moma here as I am in Wales hosting my womens Retreat 🙏🏼 so please do wish her a Happy Birthday and send her some love!! 🥳 🎉❤️

I recently spent some time in suuuch an overwhelming headspace. Analysis paralysis, decision fatigue, nervous system feeling completely frazzled.

It was only when a friend asked me what I was doing to look after myself whilst i was feeling this way that I suddenly realised that the answer to that was ab-solute-ly nothing. My yoga, meditation and journaling practice had become completely non existent. The things that are normally my priority, my non negotiables, subconsciously made their way to the bottom of my priority list and I hadn’t even realised.

This was an instant wake up call for me.

From then I made a promise to myself that no matter how crazy life gets, I WILL prioritise my yoga practice, take time to rest and chill the f*ck out (my exact words 😂😅)

I cannot tell you how much better I felt once I started my practice again. My head clearer, my energy lighter. I felt so much more in alignment. So much more myself.

Lets make a pact together that no matter how busy life, work, business gets that we make time for the things that make us feel calm, grounded and rested. Deal? ❤️🤗

Whether we are drawn to crystals for their beauty, geology, symbolism or energetic properties, the most important thing is the connection they help us create within ourself ❤️

We’re heading to the stunning Lickey Hills for our women’s only hike 🌱☀️ No crazy trek, just a chance to move, breathe and connect in nature. Together we will build community, share stories, have fun and embody a sense of freedom along the way!! 🙌🏼

Sound Bath Sundays are baaaack 🥰🙏🏼

I’m so happy to be offering my Sound Baths again!!

While things will look a little different from before, the intention remains exactly the same - to create a warm, nurturing space where you can slow down, switch off from the outside world, and simply rest. 😴✨

I now have two beautiful new venues and time slots:
📍 Sacred Heart Church, Tamworth. 3-4pm
✨7th June
✨12th July
✨9th August
✨6th September

📍 Newton Regis Village Hall. 3-4pm
✨28th June
✨26th July
✨20th September

As always, group sizes will remain intentionally small, creating a more personal, comfortable and peaceful experience. No huge rooms packed with people - just a cosy, supportive space where you can fully relax and receive.

Who would benefit from a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath may be especially beneficial if you:
-Feel stressed, overwhelmed or burnt out
-Struggle to switch off or relax
-Experience anxiety or a busy mind
-Have difficulty sleeping or resting deeply
-Feel emotionally drained or disconnected
-Are on a healing journey and seeking gentle self-care
-Simply need some time to pause, reset and recharge

Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, deeply rested and more connected to themselves.

Had the honour of teaching my final Chair Yoga class at The Yoga Cabin with these wonderful women 🫶🏼
I’m beyond grateful for my Chair Yogis. Every single week they show up for themselves, to move their bodies, breathe deeply and support one another in such a beautiful community. Their consistency and spirit truly inspire me 🥰

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice using a chair for support and balance, making it suitable for EVERYONE. It’s especially supportive for those experiencing knee, hip, or back issues, whilst helping to improve flexibility, strength, balance and mobility in a safe and nurturing way 🙏🏼
