Meet Baily and listen to his story.

We’re proud of the dedication he’s shown at Marwan. He turns up, puts the work in and keeps pushing to improve his craft.

That attitude matters. Skill takes time to build, and Baily is putting in the hours to do it properly.

In this video, you’ll hear from Baily himself. We’re proud to have him as part of the Marwan team.

Five years with Marwan. Our valued team member Mario is out running his own jobs.

In this video, Mario talks about what he’s learned, how rewarding the work is, and what it means to be part of a team that pulls together.

He’s completed the Marwan Academy and become someone we can trust to represent the business on site. That’s a serious achievement, and he’s earned it.

Mario is a valued part of the Marwan family. We’re proud of the work he’s doing and the installer he’s become.

Hear it from Mario Franco himself.

The Marwan Academy is taking shape, and we’re honoured to be working with to help bring it to life.

The plan is to give young people a real route into our industry: the chance to learn the skills, understand the standards and see what a career in flooring and tiling can become.

This partnership means a lot to me personally. Train4All is where I did my apprenticeship, so coming back to work with them on the next generation feels pretty special. I’m just hoping I’m better at speaking in a classroom than I was at sitting still in one.

We’re still putting the course structure together. Once it’s ready, we’ll contact applicants about the next steps, including interviews. If you’ve already sent us your details, there’s no need to apply again.

Good tradespeople don’t appear by accident. Someone has to inspire them and then give them a start.

ACADEMY UPDATE! 🎓

We’re incredibly proud to be teaming up with Train4All—the very place where I completed my own apprenticeship.

It’s a real full-circle moment. I’ve gone from being the lad sitting at the back of the classroom, wondering when lunch was… to sitting at the front, trying to convince the next generation that joining our academy is a brilliant idea!

The Marwan Academy is about creating genuine opportunities, teaching valuable skills and inspiring young people to build successful careers within our industry.

The skills shortage won’t fix itself. If we want more talented tradespeople, we have to invest our time, knowledge and experience into developing them.

We’re proud to be taking that responsibility seriously—and this is only the beginning.

Are you a young person looking to start your career, an employer keen to support new talent, or an industry partner who wants to help shape the future? Get in touch to learn more about the Marwan Academy and find out how you can get involved.

Welcome to the Marwan Academy.

We’re officially halfway through The Meat Men refit—and it’s really starting to take shape! 🥩🔨

As with any project, there have been a few changes along the way. Clients changing their minds? Never heard of it… 👀😂

But that’s all part of the process. We take the changes on the chin, adapt the plan and simply get over it together as a team.

The transformation is well underway, and we’re excited to see this premium retail space come together for another brilliant local business.

Halfway there. A few decisions changed. A few tiles moved. But the finish will be worth it.

Stay tuned for the final reveal!
