Next week, as part of our Summer Mondays entertainment, we’re thrilled to be working alongside Tavistock Youth Cafe & Skate Park, who are supporting us with two fantastic young performers to provide the soundtrack to your Monday market shopping!

Grace Frankland & Joel Sheers will be joining us with their acoustic sets, bringing some brilliant live music to the Pannier Market while you browse, shop and soak up the summer atmosphere.

We absolutely love being able to showcase the incredible young talent in our community, and we can’t wait for you to hear them!

From next Monday, we are delighted to welcome back our annual Children’s Summer Trail, running for one whole week.

Each year, we dive into a brand new theme, and this summer, inspired by the incredible work of Sir David Attenborough and the return of Blue Planet for its third series later this year, we’ll be exploring the fascinating world beneath the waves with our very own “Deep Blue Sea” trail.

Free entry for all, families can pick up a trail sheet and set off on an underwater adventure around the whole market, solving clues and discovering the amazing sea creatures hidden amongst our stalls.

Once you’ve completed your trail, simply hand in your sheet to claim a free prize! 🐙

And there’s even more to discover on Saturday 15th August, when our incredible traders will be bringing the ocean to life with a specially created interactive photo booth.

So grab your little explorers, sharpen your detective skills and get ready to dive in… the Deep Blue Sea awaits!

Tomorrow, Tom is back once again to harmonise your afternoon as our second of five Summer Mondays gets into full swing

As well as live music, this Monday brings another fresh selection of traders, with new stalls, new finds and plenty to browse and shop. And with three more Summer Mondays still to come, the lineup is as follows:

🎤 Monday 10th August
Working closely with Tavistock Youth Café and Skate Park, we’re delighted to welcome two acoustic singers from the Youth Café: Grace Frankland and Joel Sheers who will bring their musical talents to the market.

🎸 Monday 17th August
Get ready for a journey through some classic favourites, from The Who and The Rolling Stones to the best of noughties Brit-pop, as the incredible solo artist Jack Bartlett takes to the market stage.

🎶 Monday 24th August
And rounding off our Summer Mondays in style, we’ll be joined by Jorgie Dadds for our final live music session of the summer, filling the market with upbeat covers of much loved hits.

The summer holidays are officially here, and from Monday 27th July, Tavistock Pannier Market will once again be extending its opening hours for five weeks, each Monday seeing a different mix of traders so each visit is unique.

Each Monday will welcome live music, and to kick start our first of the season we are delighted to welcome back Tom Baker, whose acoustic performance was a huge hit at our Cream Tea Festival. He’ll be filling the market with live music as you shop, making your visit even more enjoyable.
