Orders under £25 are charged at a flat fee of £3.70 per order regardless of how many items ordered. CONDITION OF CLOTHES
We try to be as open and honest about the condition of our items, and this can viewed on each picture. If there is a mark or stain we will tell you, if there is bobbling or wear we will tell you! As a guide we classify our items on condition as follows -
NEW - item is new and unworn
EXCELLENT - item is in as new condition but has been worn
GOOD - item has been worn a few times, but may have signs of washing
FAIR - item has been used and loved, but still has life in it yet!! PLEASE NOTE:
All of our clothes are freshly laundered, ironed and packaged when we receive them with Persil non-bio washing powders. The items are then stored is a fresh dry place before being sent out. It is recommended that you may want to wash these items on receipt if you think your child may react to the washing powders we use. If unsure please contact us.
