Sometimes things don’t go 100% smoothly behind the scenes. Every now and then our orders arrive wrong, go missing, or the products we receive are completely different to what we ordered.

We’re a small family-run business, and we always try to sort these issues out quietly so it doesn’t affect you. But sometimes our big boss gets a bit too excited and lists stock on the page before it’s actually arrived… then the wrong items turn up 😅 and we have to take them down and let our customers down. It’s the worst part of the job.
