UPDATE
AFTER A LOT OF SORTING OUT
I MANAGED TO OPEN AT 11.15 AM THIS MORNING.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR LOVELY MESSAGES.

The ceiling might have to come down and electrics need to dry out.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
