Welcome to the Folkletter! I'm so glad you're
here!
A monthly piece of snail post inspired by British folklore, the turning seasons and quiet countryside magic. Every month you will receive a seasonal letter exploring the British folklore corresponding to that month, alongside a hand-illustrated print and and a handful of original, illustrated stickers inspired by the quieter stories carried through the year. Nothing mass-produced, nothing rushed, just slow, thoughtful post made with a lot of care.
Each month celebrates the turning year through stories and countryside magic, bringing a little folk charm to your doorstep. These are the old stories that live quietly, half remembered and rarely written down.
I hope you'll stay as the seasons unfold, there is always another story to listen for, another sign to notice and always room for you here as the year unfolds.
It's for people who love stories, old customs, hedgerows, animals and the feeling of receiving something lovely through the letterbox
Right now it's very small, I'm dreaming of reaching 5 subscribers for February so if this feels like your kind of thing, I'd love for you to come and join me
Thank you for being here, even just watching means more than you know
