At Boomshanka Records we've always tried to bring you something different.

Unlike the generic HMV clones, we don't just open a distributor's catalogue, order a load of new releases and stack the shelves.

We hunt for things.

The unusual, the forgotten, the collectable, the rare and sometimes the downright strange. Records you don't see every day and probably won't find sitting in every other record shop.

Whatever you make of the subject matter, this is exactly the sort of thing we love finding at Boomshanka. Something with history, something unusual and something you don't expect to find when you're flicking through a box of records.
