Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices, focusing primarily on smartphones and tablets.
Handle delicate components with precision and care.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage repair intake.
Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repair options clearly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-Driven Mentality: A genuine curiosity for how electronics work and a desire to learn technical repair skills.
Attention to Detail: Excellent hand-eye coordination and patience when working with small, intricate parts.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Logical approach to diagnosing hardware and software issues.

Experience & Qualifications:
No prior repair experience necessary! Full hands-on training will be provided for the right candidate.
Previous experience in electronics or mobile repair is a bonus (and will be reflected in starting responsibilities/pay).
