Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles as well as having a range of other benefits and after my appointment with Paul this evening this certainly was the case. I went in feeling stressed and aching from a week of various physical activities and many hours spent at a computer desk and left feeling relaxed and I can only describe it as "lighter"... Paul has such a gentle, friendly and professional manner, putting me at ease right away. After a diagnosis of what needed looking at he set to work explaining each movement and its benefits and considered my personal comfort at all times. He was happy to chat but also gave me the chance to switch off and enjoy the process. Highly recommended. I will certainly be booking again.
