Who else needs to hear this?! 👆

As we set off on a little family adventure to the Peak District, I have to remind myself that it’s not only ok to take a break, it’s essential for my mental health and to prioritise my family 100%.

The shop will be temporarily closed while I enjoy this time away with my boys and will reopen upon my return (Friday 11th August).

Anyone ever been to the Peaks before? Hit me with your recommendations for places to visit, places to eat or fun activities to do with the kids!

I’ve been very quiet on socials lately but that doesn’t mean I’ve not been doing anything!

I mean, I’ve not done much but sometimes I just CAN’T. While I haven’t physically made much, what I have been doing is spending some time learning and growing, doing some courses that should help me with my business and learning to ride my own tide. Sometimes I can do ‘all the things’ and others, I can barely think straight! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

I’d really love to know, what do you do when you’re in a funk? Any suggestions welcome! Bonus points if you have ADHD specific suggestions 👍😁
