A polite reminder to all.

Sometimes things happen and cant be helped and whilst I do understand that this week is always the busiest of the year and I cant afford unused gaps in my day and the loss of income that brings, therefore any cancellations will be charged as follows.

28-48 hours before 50% of booked service
0-24 hours before 100% of booked service
No shows 100% of booked service

Cancellation fees will need to be paid in full before any future bookings are made and any future bookings already booked will be cancelled if payment is not recieved.
