We’ve had a cracking weekend and would like to thank everyone who stopped by to see us. We’ve been asked to host a private event this afternoon so we are going to close at 13:30 to set up… We will be back on Thursday as normal for coffee, craft ale, pizza, local produce and all the other wonderful things we do.

Sorry folks, the rain has scuppered us… we keep losing power due to an ongoing issue with the roof that our landlord and the landlord of the adjoining building are working on as I type. We should have a temporary fix in place so that we can open again tomorrow. We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience, we love our shop even with all its quirks, hopefully with a bit of TLC it will be kinder to us in future…

It’s nearly the weekend and that means it’s new beer tease day…. Hitting the fridges tomorrow, we celebrate two of our favourite breweries and .

We’re adding Springwell Pils by North Brewing co. to our collection of fabulous lagers. Our third beer by North, this is a beautiful crisp unfiltered lager with light hop character and a smooth well rounded flavour. Super refreshing at 4.5%

From Verdant we have:
The colourful and delicious MaryLou. Featuring Nelson Sauvin, at 5.2% this is a super sessionable drop.
Celebrating the wonders of the Galaxy hop the delightful single hop 8% DIPA Planets Don’t Twinkle.
For those looking for something a little lighter, at 3.8% we have People, Money, Space, Time. Boasting Mosaic and Citra it certainly punches well above its weight on the taste scale!
