This lady and her friends should be ashamed they asassulated two members of staff, 1 was strangled with marks around the neck and lost a sentimental cross, the other was called an f***g foreigner and smacked in the eye which is now black, and the police won't do anything as no evidence, she won't give them her recordings. There was no violence or threat from our staff just asked to leave and stop recording. They did try to stop her recording at one point by taking the phone off her, Police was called as would not move and was now trespassing then it turned violent.
This recording was after that had happened. This was over a sheet that was open and out of the packet, they bought a fitted instead of a flat, it was impossible to re sell it, and it was not faulty so under statutory law does not need refunding as it was bought instore. Staff are there to do there job and at anypoint should not be attacked or be racially abused at work.
We are making this post to put the truth out before she put its on here.
Really making me think is it worth it to go on anymore in this shop anymore.
