🧶🧶🧶New about West Yorkshire Spinners🧶🧶🧶

Unfortunately WYS has stopped production and made most of their staff redundant.
They are currently looking for a buyer but not sure how hopeful it is.

Due to this we are finding it very hard to get stock as so much of it is Out of Stock.

So we have decided to reduce most of our WYS ranges by 20%.

At the moment we have reduced Colour Lab DK, Solstice 4ply, Croft DK and Aran, Fleece Blue faced Leicester DK and Pure.

If there was something you had your eye on, get it soon before we run out and we can't get it back.

More ranges will be added soon.

It's a family affair in the shop this week!!

Ariya is helping her dad put out new wool and Aidan is building new shelving and storage for the stock room and the shop.

It's been all go this week. Got quite a bit of the new colours out and got through most of those darn boxes.

Also I hate to say this but the Christmas boxes came out of storage as well 🙈🙈

Out for dinner for our big girls birthday tonight but it's safe to say both me and Brian are absolutely shattered with such a busy weekend at the show and working everyday getting the shop ready for the new stock.

The start of the weekend orders have come through the door! 16 massive boxes arrived yesterday and Brian is just that good that he managed to get through about 10 of them!
IKEA delivery of new units has arrived as well but they had to go home as there was no room in the shop.
I went to go to the loo and there were even boxes in there I had to climb over!
Hopefully we can get through these boxes before the next lot appear!

Day two of buying amazing wool took us to see Vanessa at her amazing shop Hoop in Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley where The Great British Seeing Bee is filmed.
We have picked some amazing ranges and colours for the shop and tried to fill the gaps and bring in wools which we currently don't have!

This week is going to see some changes in the shop to get us ready for the massive delivery of boxes that will be rocking up in the next week.

Watch this space for new wool and haberdashery as well as some moving about in the shop to fit in all this wonderful new wool!

Tomorrow the shop will be closing at 2pm as we are still away on our buying trip to bring you amazing wool and haberdash...

On our way to The Harrogate Knit show to get our stock for autumn and winter.
Stopped at the service station with all the geese and I'm too scared to get out the car so I'm sat knitting while waiting on husband coming back.
