Come along to The Potting Shed and join our ‘Charity of the Year’, Alfie’s Wish, on Wednesday 29th July, any time between 10am and 3pm.

For a small donation, children can enjoy decorating a plant pot using paint pens, and will have the chance to plant seeds. All materials will be provided, and friendly Alfie’s Wish representatives will be on hand to assist and make it a fun mini workshop. It’s sure to be a wonderful craft, so please come along to support our brilliant Charity of the Year.

Everyone is welcome to this drop-in event, with no need to book in advance. If The Potting Shed is busy, you may be asked to wait or come back when it’s a bit quieter.

Garsons, Titchfield, was delighted to have helped bring the Fernery Project at Wicor School to life by supplying a beautiful selection of ferns for this special space.

The fernery is a wonderful example of how children can connect with nature through hands-on learning. From planting the very first fronds to exploring the shady corners of their new green sanctuary, the pupils have played an important role in creating a space that will continue to grow and thrive for years to come.

At Garsons, we are passionate about inspiring young people to discover the joy of plants and gardening. We are proud to have supported this fantastic project and look forward to watching the fernery flourish.

Dahlia Drawing Workshop on Sunday 13th September 10am-1pm.
Local artist, Isabel Hurley, is back with us at Garsons. You’ll be focusing on fun drawing activities to capture different dahlia flower heads, helping you work more expressively in both pen and pencil in your own session sketchbook. After introducing colour, you’ll build on what you’ve discovered by spending time on a longer piece of work to take away and display at home. All materials included. No experience needed, all levels welcome.
