This last year my role in Leadership at a charity has taken all my energy and focus.. things are changing for me over the next few months..and after months of quiet creativity, I am lighting a new path.

I thought I would provide an update as I have pretty much put my little business on hold over the last few weeks. My creativity was not feeling it.. with the pressures of a full time job, family issues and then the death of my children’s Father. He lost his battle to MND a few weeks ago so dealing with the loss and supporting the children has been my priority. I took some time away to take them on a holiday which probably was the best thing I could do. Whilst it doesn’t stop the grief, it has enabled them to be away and remember memories of their Dad. He pops into conversation at random moments such as Will looking just like him in his sunglasses to having the same mole on his foot! Menorca has provided a bit of a sanctuary for us all.

But I will be getting things back on track on my return once the funeral has happened. My Etsy store is temporarily closed but once stock is made I will update you all on it being active again. More stock will also be put .kent.

I often light a candle as it changes my mood.. today I know my diary is back to back calls which normally leave me exhausted and stressed, lack of movement and static position isn’t providing healthy. So I always light my Refresh Candle.. a popular one.

Been a little quiet on here last few months. My day job working for a charity has meant long stressful, hours. Also spent time sorting the loft looking over my life! Did find this little gem of a photo that ages me.. meeting Take That in Maidstone… too many years ago to mention.
