You’ll be guided step-by-step to create your own beautiful Christmas wreath using fresh foliage and natural seasonal decorations. No experience needed — just come along and enjoy yourself!

Gentle Farewells, rooted in Nature🌳
I'd like to introduce you to another part of our work at Hawkenbury Flower Farm - Gentle Farewells

Creating farewell tributes is always a real honour. Flowers can tell a story, reflect a personality and capture something of a person's life in such a personal way.

I work closely with my very dear friend, Rebecca from Lilac & Lace, to create beautiful, natural tributes that are 100% sustainable.

We don't use floral foam, plastics or anything that could harm the environment. Every element is chosen with care, so that when the flowers have completed their journey, the tribute can be returned to the earth naturally without damage.

It feels especially meaningful to be able to create something beautiful to honour a life, while remaining true to our love of nature 🌳

We cover Staplehurst and surrounding villages and Orpington.

September is when our dahlias really come into their own — and this year, we’re making the whole month a celebration of these gorgeous, generous flowers.

Throughout September we’ll be holding special Dahlia Days, with:

🌿 Plenty of dahlias to admire, choose and enjoy
☕ A chance to slow down, spend some time at the flower farm and enjoy the last glorious days of summer
Our dahlias come in the most wonderful colours, shapes and sizes — from blousy dinner-plate blooms to the tiniest pompons — and there’s something rather magical about choosing them straight from the field.
Whether you love arranging flowers, want to try something completely new, or simply fancy spending a few hours surrounded by dahlias, we’d love you to join us.
