If the kids had somewhere they could ride which was accessible, they wouldn’t be on the streets.
You can hire e-scooters and e bikes like this probably more powerful if I’m honest in cities across the UK, but that’s ok because it’s taxed by the local government 🙄

ONE LESS ILLEGAL OFF-ROAD BIKE ON OUR STREETS.
Blaenau Gwent Neighbourhood Team officers were on patrol in Tredegar this afternoon when they spotted an electric off-road bike being ridden without insurance or the appropriate licence.
The same bike had already come to our attention last week after being ridden dangerously and anti-socially through Commercial Street, putting pedestrians, members of the public and other road users at risk.
⚠️ TODAY, WE TOOK ACTION.
🛑 THE BIKE HAS BEEN SEIZED.
Let’s be absolutely clear: dangerous and anti-social riding will not be tolerated in Blaenau Gwent.
If you choose to ride illegally, put other people at risk and cause disruption in our communities, you can expect officers to take action.
