The mesmerising sound of water, waves breaking on the shore. Three very different paintings by talented artist Louise Kelly. Trained in London, and previously a teacher at the Royal College, Louise now lives in East Devon, and likes to capture the rich variety of shorelines in this wonderfully diverse stretch of coastline. Painted in oil and framed ready to hang, DM for measurements and price.

The real thing lasts just a few minutes, this inlaid marquetry tray however has been lovingly cut by hand, to last a lifetime👏. Heatproof, and stain proof, two trays in this design are on their way to artenax! Almost too good to use🤣. Be ready for the sunshine! ☀️

It’s February, and what a great way to start! Thank you Devon Life for featuring Artenax in this month’s issue. There’s SO much to love about Topsham, it’s history, architecture, location on the River Exe, the independent shops, pubs, restaurants, and people. So to choose our image is a reflection of our talented artists and designers whose work fills our colourful gallery in the heart of Topsham. We have over 200 gifted makers packed into a small space. Every piece is a thing of beauty, to cherish forever. Just these items are lovingly handmade in Devon, Cornwall, Suffolk and Somerset. Come and see so much more made from all over Britain.
