Free Fabric offcuts for schools, Charites etc.

Most of our work is selling full rolls, we end up cutting off the start and end of rolls, hence the offcuts.

The fabrics types are (1) Meshes, (2) 3D air mesh spacer fabrics, (3) Waterproof, (4) Woven and knitted, (5) flag and banner (6) Fire resistant. All are UK manufactured and of the highest quality commercially available.

Please get in contact with us and bring a large bag (s) with you.

Range of colours and fabric types, offcut sizes vary. Excellent for school and craft events.

Free of charge, just arrange a time with us to collect.

Made a set of blue custom swim bags today for a returning customer. Large rectangular design with 6 internal pockets. Two different length straps, long and short.

Materials Used :-
Air mesh No 7 fabric, 100% Polyester, 400gsm, 2.75mm thick
No 28 composite mesh / pockets, 100% Polyester 170gsm
100% Nylon 25mm edging tape
38mm 100% Polypropylene webbing

One of the bags is a gift and will be going off to Mauritius with it's new owner. Very happy with the sewing / result.

Set of cushions made to fit a transit custom rear seats, (partially converted into a very nice day camper). Attachment is via a hole system utilising the seat posts in place. When the seat backs are dropped the cushions will match the height of the existing large mattress already made for the van. This is the second project where I have used the existing seat posts as an attachment. Love the simplicity.

A rare event these days for me to be in the hot seat sewing all day at Tough fabrics HQ in Torquay. Brother machine is a dream to use. Two bags delivered to their new owners today, two more to transfer ownership in over the Easter weekend. A pink and purple one to make up too. Very happy with the results! :-)

Manufactured the rear seat custom fitted seat covers in grey waterproof polyester for a speedboat. End result = One happy customer. Great to actually go and see the covers in the craft and see them in situ / finished result. Fabric used was the new in, 660dtex, Waterproof PVC coated Textured polyester. High light fastness for outdoor applications. Tough, durable and also cost effective. Black and grey now held in stock.

Latest colour options for swimbags in :-
Air mesh Spacer fabric TF 7, TF 95, TF 8 and waterproof colours for internal pockets. Many more colours in similar fabrics are available. For the semicircular swim bag TF 7 and TF 95 are best as they are a little firmer and stand up more. TF 8 fabric is better suited to the shoulder bag / worn across the chest, swim bag. Price £25 each with internal zipped pocket included. Additional pockets can be added at £4.75 each.

Prototype test of Laptop / Tablet protective sleeve.
Two fabrics chosen give the end product / properties of water resistance and also protection / padding.
Fabrics :- Inner / Padding :- TF 8 (3.5mm) Air Mesh Spacer fabric in Lime green. Outer = Cordura 1100dtex Waterproof in sky blue. 50mm Touch and Close fastening. 40's thickness bonded nylon thread used. Edge binding 25mm textured polyester. Sewn on the brother heavy industrial.

New shopper / swimbag design rolled off the production line today.
Manufactured today on the new heavy Brother industrial. Fabric is air mesh spacer 2.5mm thick( TF 97, two tone - Royal and Black). Simple construction, seams reinforced with binding tape.
Design allows an open structure whilst filling / rummaging! Soft to the touch offering padding too. Summer sale Was £25 - 30% on this design, Now £17.50 whilst stocks last. Choice of four colours:- Royal Blue / Black, Red / Black, High visibility Orange / Black, Purple / Black.
