Back in August we had a very special filming event at Paddington Station, filming the music video for McFly's Tom Fletcher 'One of Us' single.
Tom has wrote the music and lyrics for the new 'Paddington the Musical', which opened at The Savoy Theatre in the West End at the start of November, and 'One of Us' from the musical has just been released.
It was a late night filming, using our little Cramer upright piano, custom painted in Paddington Blue, placed on the platform and then the set built around it.
A great experience, and Paddington Bear also makes an appearance in the music video!
One of Us is now in the running for Xmas number 1 !!!
Here's hoping 🤞😊🎹

Day out in Brum delivering a vintage Sames piano we have restored for an exciting new development in the centre of the city, at the One Eastside Building, now the tallest building in Birmingham!
The piano sits pride of place in the 'Quill and Forge' Bar. ☺️

Good to see our Yellow Broadwood Concert Upright still going strong! 😊

Last Thursday, the Hive Café was once again filled with the beautiful sound of Emelye Taylor - Composer on piano.

From upbeat tunes to mellow melodies, her performance created a warm, welcoming atmosphere – the perfect backdrop for a relaxed lunch break.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make another Hive Live so special and to Emelye for sharing her incredible talent with us.

In the workshop starting a restoration on this rare Morley Art Deco upright...
A true barn find, complete with pigeon droppings and a mouse nest under the keys!
I don't think this one has been touched since it was new around 1937!
It will make a stunning piano once fully restored though...
We love a challenge 😁

Nice to have a Steinway in the workshop!
This little Model E dates from 1900 and it will be available in our showroom in a few weeks once restored. A bit of work to do yet... looks like a Parrot has been chewing the top lid! 🦜
