🐮 ANYONE ELSE LIVE LIKE THIS? 💛

For years, I thought I was:

"Too much."
Too loud.
Too emotional.
Too excitable.
Too intense.
Too passionate.

Then I found other neurospicy people.

Suddenly my random facts weren't random.
My enthusiasm wasn't overwhelming.
My 14-topic conversations made perfect sense.
And nobody looked at me weird when I forgot what I was saying halfway through a sentence. 😂

The truth?

You might not be "too much."

You might just be surrounded by people who don't speak your language.

Because when neurospicy people find their people, something amazing happens:

We stop apologising for who we are.

We start feeling understood.

And for the first time, we realise we were never too much at all.

We were just in the wrong room.

If you've found your people, drop a 🧠💛 below.

If you're still looking for them, welcome to the Moody Cow crew. 🐮

If this made you feel seen — don't scroll off without following. We're your people.

🐮 ANYONE ELSE LIVE LIKE THIS? 💛

Me: "I can't focus today."

Also me:

🖥️ 37 tabs open
📱 12 unread messages
📝 4 unfinished projects

But the real problem?

The music is wrong. 😂

Because every neurospicy person knows there's a HUGE difference between:

🎵 Cleaning music
🎵 Hyperfocus music
🎵 Crying music
🎵 Starting-an-entirely-new-business music

One wrong song and absolutely nothing gets done.

One right song and suddenly you're operating like a CEO on a triple espresso.

Tell me...

🎶 What's your ultimate "GET SH*T DONE" song? 🎶

I'm always looking to add to my neurospicy productivity playlist! 👇

If this hits — follow for more raw, real neurospicy truth.

🐮 ANYONE ELSE LIVE LIKE THIS? 💛

When someone takes 10 minutes to tell a 30-second story...

My neurospicy brain isn't being rude.

It's already:
✔️ Predicted the ending
✔️ Worked out the main point
✔️ Started thinking about 17 other things

Many ADHD and AuDHD brains process information quickly and constantly seek novelty. Long, slow, detail-heavy conversations can feel mentally exhausting because our brains are already looking for the next piece of information.

So if you've ever found yourself silently screaming:

"Please get to the point..."

You're definitely not alone. 😂

MOODY MINDS MATTER 🧠🐮

One of the biggest mistakes people make with neurospicy brains is assuming we can be "programmed" the same way everyone else can.

Set a routine. Follow the plan. Stay consistent. Do the thing.

Sounds simple, right?

Except many neurodivergent brains don't run on the same operating system.

We don't always work based on importance. We often work based on interest, urgency, novelty, energy levels, sensory load, stress levels, hormones, sleep quality, and whether our brain has randomly decided that today is the perfect day to deep-dive into the history of spoons instead of answering emails.

Some days we can organise an entire business before lunch.

Other days we stare at a washing basket like it's a complex engineering problem.

It's not laziness. It's not a lack of intelligence. It's not a lack of trying.

It's a brain that processes the world differently.

The more we stop forcing neurospicy people into neurotypical boxes, the more space we create for people to thrive in ways that actually work for them.

Maybe success isn't about becoming more "normal."

Maybe it's about learning how your brain works and building a life around that instead.

If this sounds familiar, you're definitely not the only one. 💛
