VEGAN CUSTOMERS - I would LOVE your opinions!

I have been toying with the idea of dreaming up a vegan white chocolate recently, because I have actually never found a nice vegan white chocolate.....They are almost always dark.

I tried buying a vegan white chocolate last christmas to make chocolate shells with for my vegan selection but I found it powdery tasting and just not a very nice mouth feel....

So I have been considering making a vegan white chocolate myself for this christmas, replacing the milk powder with either coconut milk powder or oat milk powder - and perhaphs a flavour? Maybe a coconut and passionfruit white chocolate?

What are your thoughts? Have you been able to find a nice vegan white chocolate anywhere? Would you prefer a flavoured white chocolate or a plain vanilla white chocolate?

I’ll be heading to Aberystwyth this morning for a random product testing morning handing out free samples and gathering feedback! Also on the lookout for new local produce I can use in my chocolates 🍫

I’ve never done this before 🧐🤣 but whilst I start preparing for Christmas I feel it’s important to see what other things I can offer people and what they think about the products I currently make.

Do you think sampling is a good idea or over rated?
