Had the pleasure of working with some very talented folk up at Turas Na nDaoine today. My Trauma Healing Therapy workshop using Needle Felting as a medium to create some nature based imagery was relaxed and chilled. Thank you to Erne East Empowered Women for sharing their time with me. Some beautiful pieces created thoughtout the class.

Some beautiful results today with our soap felting. This is such a therapeutic and sensory activity. After mastering the art of that, we moved on to felting plastic eggs.

Creating this little card embroidery from .boyd10 at her Crafty Connections class took me way back to my early primary schools days. Remember those cross stitch lace cards? This is much more detailed and prettier and it's the first time I've stitched on card since then!
