🍄 A familiar face in the workshop…

Mario’s back — and this time he’s come across a rather valuable find.

This model was created by Hex3D and sliced in Chitubox before being printed on the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K using a mixed batch of grey resin (sometimes you’ve just got to use what’s left in the bottles).

The timelapse really shows how cleanly this machine handles detail, even on smaller character prints like this.

Safe to say he’s keeping that egg.

Print farm honesty time 👀

This one’s a fail — and completely user error.

We tried to get away with not hollowing the model, and also supported it along the thinnest route to keep the supports hidden instead of giving it a stronger angle.

Turns out physics had other ideas.

Good reminder that sometimes the “clean looking” setup isn’t the strongest one. Back to Chitubox to hollow it properly and rework the supports.

Printed on the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K using Inslogic3D Pro resin.

Serenity build progress 🚀

The main length of the ship is finally coming together — nose, main hull, rear section and tail cone are all printed.

Still got the wings, internals, and a few smaller parts left to go, but seeing the bulk of the ship together like this is incredibly satisfying.

Printed on the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K using Inslogic3D Pro resin and prepared in Chitubox.

Follow to see the finished ship once all the parts are assembled.

From file to finished piece 🔥

This dragon incense burner started life in Chitubox Pro, printed on the ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 16K using Inslogic 3D High Detail Resin, then went through primer and a pearlescent colour-shift finish.

The smoke flowing through the dragon and out of the nostrils at the end makes this one seriously satisfying to watch.

Honestly one of those prints that just gets cooler at every stage of the process.

Watching a resin print come to life never gets old.

Here’s a timelapse of this dragon incense burner printing on the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K using Inslogic3D Pro resin and sliced in Chitubox Pro.

At the end you can see the raw print straight off the machine before curing and paint. The plan for this one is a full iridescent colour-shift finish so it should look pretty wild once it’s done.

This dragon incense burner was printed on the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K using Inslogic3D Pro resin and sliced in Chitubox Pro.

The timelapse shows the full print process, and the final shots show the raw print fresh off the machine before curing and paint.
