I've been planning this year's Christmas Wreath Workshops and I'm very excited to finally share the dates.

I'll be opening the doors to my cosy potting shed at Paxcroft Farm this December for an evening (or afternoon!) of seasonal creativity, homemade treats and a little bit of Christmas magic.

✨ Wednesday 2 December | 7–9pm
✨ Thursday 3 December | 7–9pm
✨ Friday 4 December | 7–9pm
✨ Saturday 5 December | 11am–1pm
✨ Saturday 5 December | 3–5pm

You'll make your own beautiful bespoke fresh wreath using a mix of homegrown and foraged foliage, natural textures, pine cones and ribbons, with plenty of guidance from me along the way.

And yes, there will be mulled w**e on arrival.
And homemade festive treats.
And my mum's ginger cake. Which is becoming something of a legend. 🍰

🎟️ Early bird tickets are £49 if booked before 31 October. After that, tickets are £55.

No floristry experience needed. I'll show you exactly what to do.

A little bit of exciting news… 🪴

I was asked to create this cascade bridal bouquet for R - just like her mum’s bouquet 27 years ago. So this one was a special one 💖

I used lilies and roses alongside lisianthus, freesia and eucalyptus. The trailing tendrils were a mixture of jasmine and passion flower and it was a real showstopper.

Cascade bouquets have really made a comeback this season 💖

There’s a riot of colour right now in my cutting garden in the farm and it’s making me very happy!

The dahlias are like a party in a bag, not to mention the roses in their second flush. Nicotiana grown from seed is happy to dance about in a bouquet with the cosmos. Even Frazzle wanted in on this action!

I’m naming this bouquet Dance of Joy.

This one is off to a local customer this afternoon but if you’d like a similar one, for £25, pop me a message.

It’s British Flowers Week and here are my own British flowers doing their own blousy, slightly lofty thing.

I love making way for the flowers that just want to be, with their wonky stems and dropped petals.

One of my favourite stages of a flower in bloom is once they’ve faded and the colours become more muted.
