We haven’t had Rachael Reserva on the vans for a long time. An Alpine-style, hard, washed-rind cheese made from unpasteurised goat’s milk and aged for around 12 months using vegetarian rennet. This extended maturation gives a firm yet creamy texture with the crunch of tiny crystals.

We have Cotswold Blue Brie on the tasting board today. It's in exceptional condition with a Roquefort blue mould running through the centre, it has a deliciously creamy texture, with a fresh clean taste that develops as the cheese ages into a rich aromatic piquancy.

We have 3 new soft blue cheeses from White Lake Cheese. Moo’dy Blue a pasturised Jersey cows milk cheese, Shepton Blewe a mild, sweet, unpasteurised sheep’s milk cheese and Kingfisher Blue and unpasteurised goats Blue cheese. All delicious as you’d expect from White Lake.

We have Dorset Blue Vinny today on the tasting board at . This farmhouse cheese is made with skimmed milk, making the cheese slightly lower in fat than other blue cheeses making it more crumbly, though not noticeably less creamy. It has a mellow flavour with hints of marmite.
