Just a couple of miles from Mill Farm Mushrooms I came across this huge flush of Meripilus Giganteus ! It tastes lovely and nutty and there is plenty for everyone ! Lol. If you find one and want to try it, be 100% sure that you have the right species and just fry and eat a small amount first to make sure it doesn't upset your digestive system.
