For these pieces of art I work with and use only the highest quality of artist materials, using Faber Castell pencils. These pencils are colour durable, meaning the colour of the drawing will not fade. I am able to complete commissions from special occasions such as christenings, and weddings as well as any photograph of a special moment your family has shared. I am also able to accept commissions of beloved pets, to capture an everlasting memory. When completing a commission I work from clear photographs, these if wished can be returned to you after the portrait is completed or if preferred photocopies of the photograph can be emailed to me at [email protected]. The clearer the photograph the better. Photos taken in daylight/natural lighting result in a better quality portrait than those taken in artificial light. Any queries/uncertainty about the quality of the photograph however are welcome to be discussed and I am happy to help you chose the best photo. Pricing depends on the size of the portrait and the number of people and or pets. These drawings take time and love to complete so if you are commissioning a Portrait for a special occasion, please contact me as early as possible to make sure it can be completed in time.
