Most new housing estates look the same… but this one was designed to feel like a traditional Cornish town.

Built on Duchy of Cornwall land under Prince Charles’ vision, Nansledan was created with walkable streets, local-style architecture and a more “organic” feel instead of modern suburbia.

Some people love it. Others say it feels artificial.

Starma no more boats. 200,000 illegal migrants have now crossed the channel. That's a lot of mouths to feed, houses and hotels to give away. Enough is enough.

This morning we saw this:
Grinning Channel migrants pose for SELFIES on packed dinghy as total reaches nearly 200,000 since start of crisis - and expert warns French powers to stop boats will make no difference to illegal arrivals.

A Sun investigation revealed how Channel migrants were picking up jobs as food delivery couriers earning up to £250 a week after arriving in the UK.

The investigation showed how migrants across the country could work illegally from asylum hotels as fast-food delivery drivers within hours of arriving in Britain.

Bosses of Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat were hauled in by the Home Office to discuss the issue.

Recent strong winds toppled over a portaloo in with David inside, he said lucky he'd just finished his business but can still smell the portaloo chemical mixed with sewerage. The 'Bottom' just fell away he stated.
