The fabric just keeps arriving 😍

Today brought another car boot full of fabric, plus TWO more pallets of stock!

One of the things we love most about sourcing fabrics this way is that there's always something new to discover. From dressmaking fabrics and cottons to upholstery, denim, corduroy and those unexpected one-off finds, every delivery feels a little bit like Christmas 🎁

We're busy sorting it all ready for the shop and website.

HELP US OUT... 👀🧵

We need your help choosing future fabrics.

Not just:

❌ "Linen"
❌ "Fur"
❌ "T-shirt fabric"

Those answers are actually really difficult to buy for because there are so many different types!

So this time we're asking for details 😍

Tell us:

🧵 What fabric?
🎨 What colour(s)?
📏 What width?
✂️ What are you making with it?

For example:

Instead of:
"Linen"

Tell us:
"Midweight linen/cotton blend in olive green for summer trousers."

Instead of:
"Fur"

Tell us:
"Long pile black faux fur for costume making."

Instead of:
"T-shirt fabric"

Tell us:
"Cotton/elastane jersey for children's clothes."

The more specific you are, the easier it is for us to know what to look out for when we're choosing new fabrics.
