The Cornish Ketchup Company was formed by two friends with a passion for great food...

Chris and Kris, two food-obsessed Cornish boys, were fed up of the lack of high quality ketchup on the market and decided to develop a real quality ketchup that complimented all of their favourite foods instead of completely overpowering them. Armed with a large stock pot, plenty of ideas (and a shed load of tomatoes) they set about creating their very own range of ketchups.

Chipotle Potato Salad 😋

Give your classic potato salad a bold, smoky twist with our Chipotle Mayonnaise! Perfect for BBQs, picnics, or a yummy side dish.

Ingredients:
✅ 750g baby potatoes (halved)
✅ 3 tbsp Cornish Ketchup Chipotle Mayo
✅ 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)
✅ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
✅ ½ red onion (finely diced)
✅ 2 spring onions (chopped)
✅ Handful of fresh coriander or parsley (chopped)
✅ ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra smokiness)
✅ Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
1️⃣ Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 12-15 minutes). Drain and let cool.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix Chipotle Mayo, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika.
3️⃣ Add the cooled potatoes, red onion, and spring onions. Toss until everything is well coated.
4️⃣ Season with salt & pepper, then garnish with fresh coriander or parsley.
5️⃣ Serve chilled or at room temperature—perfect with grilled meats or as a BBQ side!
