There is such a deep understanding and harmony between and Blue. 💙

The partnership they share is truly special, built through years of thoughtful, consistent and progressively challenging training. Every step of Blue's education has been carefully developed, culminating in his training as a War Horse being brought to completion.

Producing a horse to this level is never rushed. It takes patience, feel and years of methodical, sympathetic schooling. Now in his twenties, Blue is a true testament to Anna's exceptional skill, dedication and unwavering commitment to correct training.

We are delighted that Anneleen .sensitive.horsewoman has chosen the TCS for her Arab X Welsh mare Zafirah. At 18 years old, she has been ridden in the TCS since February.

A huge congratulations to Barefoot rambles - Winona and her fantastic team on another successful Endurance GB ride! It's wonderful to see the Total Contact Saddles helping them tackle the miles in comfort.

Wow, wow and wow. I absolutely love this seat. It is super comfy and I feel really secure on it. Having lost my core strength due to a hysterectomy at the end of last year I have felt quite unbalanced riding but this seat made me feel so secure. Absolutely in live with it. Roll on tomorrow so I can ride again.

"Meet Ranger. ❤️"

Ranger is a Gypsy Cob x Friesian, rising 5 years old. His rider Lydia is rising 67, proving that age is just a number when you've got the right partner beside you.

Although he's only been backed for around 18 months and hasn't done a huge amount out and about, Ranger has the sort of temperament that makes you feel like you can tackle anything together. Archery, obstacles, jumping, trail riding through rustling sugar cane headlands, the occasional unexpected excitement... he takes it all in his stride.

Like many young horses, he'll occasionally test the waters. His preferred tactic? Putting his head down and bucking in a straight line. Not exactly mastermind-level mischief. 😅

Interestingly, Ranger made his feelings about saddles very clear from the beginning. His first couple of rides were in a conventional saddle and he felt stiff, restricted and reluctant to go forward. Switching to a TCS wasn't his rider, Lydia's daugther's first choice, but even she had to admit he immediately felt freer, more willing and much happier in his movement.

Sometimes our horses tell us exactly what works for them. We just have to be willing to listen. Thank you for sharing this wonderful photo with us!

Absolutely delighted to share these pictures of Blue and Anna runs the Arabian Dressage School in the USA, trains all her horses to the highest levels of High School and rides all her horses in a TCS, which affords them the highest degree of shoulder and back freedom. In her own words:

"Blue is a finished War Horse. I got him at 2 1/2 and there’s 18 years of training to him. He is my soulmate [...] I ride all my horses in the TCS; they’re all a Russian Arabian."
